Yes, brownie batter can serve another purpose other than to become brownies. It now fronts as a dip for pretzels or apples.
If we’re being honest though, you already knew that. Anytime I’ve made brownies the batter turns into a dip. Usually, it’s for a spoon or my finger.
How exciting to know you can bring this to a party and refrigerate it for later. Every time you see this in your fridge it will feel like finding $20 in your pocket. Nothing but pure bliss.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 Cup Mini Reese’s, chopped + extra whole pieces for topping
- 1/4 Cup Mini Butterfinger, chopped
Instructions
- Beat together cream cheese and peanut butter with beaters until smooth.
- Add in the brown sugar and mix with beaters.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, vanilla, salt and 1 tbsp milk and mix until smooth.
- Add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of milk and mix until smooth.
- Add the rest of the powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of milk and mix until smooth.
- Add chopped up mini Reese’s and mini Butterfinger and fold into batter.
- Top with whole mini Reese’s.
