Bacon Brie Sliders

Get your appetizer grub on with these delicious, savory little bites! The crispy bacon with the creamy brie is the perfect combo to go with some tasty slider buns!

The classiness of these ingredients alone is to die for! And that bacon for the crunch..man oh man.

Get your happy hour started! Cheese boards have got nothing on these sliders!


Ingredients:

  • 1 Dozen dinner rolls, split horizontally
  • 1 lb Bacon, cooked to a crisp*
  • 2 CUPS Whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1.5 inch strips of brie from an 8oz wheel
  • Red Wine vinaigrette

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Line a baking pan with foil.
3. Spread cranberry sauce over the split halves of the rolls.
4. Break the slices of bacon into 1/3rds and spread evenly over the sliders.
5. Top with a slice of brie and the roll top.
6. Brush red wine vinaigrette over the top and bake for 15 minutes.
7. Serve hot, warm, or cold. You’ll have no leftovers but they allegedly reheat very well.
8. Enjoy!
