In my opinion, Oreos are the most delicious store-bought cookie you will ever come across. These mini cream cheese Oreo bites are the most delicious treat ever! The simplicity of them gets me excited to whip these up.
Only 6 ingredients and you are on your way to Oreo heaven! These will have you drooling by the time they come out of the oven.
The secret to making these treats is the silicone egg molds (find yours here: https://amzn.to/2Q2dnyq). These molds are the perfect size for Oreos, with the perfect portion of cheesecake to top them. Yum!
These mini cream cheese Oreo bites are the most delicious treat ever!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 7 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup water
- Chocolate sprinkles or drizzle for garnish

Instructions:
- Coat the inside of a silicone egg bite mold with non-stick spray (these are our favorites: https://amzn.to/2Q2dnyq).
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar and vanilla just until uniform. Do not overmix.
- Add egg and beat just until uniform. Do not overmix.
- Spoon evenly into egg bite molds and top each with a cookie. Cover loosely with foil–do not seal.
- Pour one cup of water in the Instant Pot and insert the steam rack. Carefully lower the mold on to the steam rack, then secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
- Using the display panel select the MANUAL function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 20 minutes.
- When the time is up, let the pressure naturally release (this will take 15-20 minutes).
- Carefully remove the mold from the pot and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
- Invert and pop the bites from the molds. Top with sprinkles or chocolate drizzle.
*The MANUAL and PRESSURE COOK buttons are interchangeable.
