Parents Are Testing Kids With #FruitSnackChallenge And The Videos Are Hilarious.

When we find that one snack we can’t get enough of, it’s almost irresistible — so just imagine trying to hold off as a kid!

That’s exactly the scenario parents are testing out with the “Fruit Snack Challenge.” The trend has gone viral online, and it’s incredibly simple. All they have to do is set up a camera and record what their little ones do when they’re asked to wait before they eat their favorite treat. The results are hysterical!

A quick social media search for #FruitSnackChallenge will bring you countless videos of little kids staring longingly at piles of candy, cookies, or other snacks. In each, we can practically hear their thought process: “Should I wait? Yes, I should wait. But, how long will Mom be? I want that treat.”

Even celebrities are getting in on the fun! Kylie Jenner presented her toddler Stormi with a glass bowl filled to the brim with M&M’s and asked her to wait until she came back from the bathroom to dig in.

The moment the candy caught Stormi’s eye, it was all she could do to restrain herself. She even muttered, “Patience, patience,” and somehow managed to take her own advice!

While a surprising number of children have been able to resist temptation, Gabrielle Union’s daughter was not one of them.

Basically, as soon as Gabrielle took a step in the opposite direction, little Kaavia went straight for the bowl of food, sneakily looking around so she wouldn’t get caught.

We are in love with this challenge! Whether the kids give in to temptation or not, seeing their tiny minds hard at work is a wonderful way to pass the time.
