Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds clean and halved brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 lime juice
- 3 tbsp chipotle pepper sauce (Cholula’s or Tabasco’s versions will do just fine)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°and start by lining a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Take brussels sprouts and toss in a large bowl with olive oil and salt.
- Once coated throughly, place brussels sprouts onto the baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes, tossing them every once in a while to get an even roast. Meanwhile, combine chipotle sauce, honey, lime and a pinch of salt in a small bowl for sauce.
- Once brussels sprouts are tender on the inside and nicely roasted on the outside, place into serving bowl and drizzle with sauce.
