These little bites of heaven require only two ingredients–egg whites and parmesan cheese–plus whatever toppings strike your fancy. We used smoky bacon, crunchy pecans, flavorful everything bagel seasoning and zesty paprika, but let your imagination run wild! Finely diced dried apricots, your favorite pork rub or BBQ seasoning–I’ve heard some people even try finely shaved dark chocolate (not so sure about that one, but you be you!)

These can be made up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated, so you can just pop them in the IP right before you’re ready to serve and astonish your guests with this tantalizing treat.

Pro Tip: Depending on the brand and texture of the cheese you use, it may take 3.5 – 4.5 oz of cheese to get the right dough texture. Remember, you’re looking for the consistency of loose mashed potatoes. Also, be sure to cut toppings very fine to ensure good adhesion

Astonish your guests with this tantalizing treat.
